Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms apply when you request or purchase the $150 Bilingual Website Mini-Audit ("the mini-audit") from Quirogas Films LLC, operating the Quirogas Growth Systems Consulting service ("I," "me," "Quirogas Growth Systems Consulting"). By submitting the request form or making payment, you agree to these terms.

The service

The mini-audit includes:

It is delivered as a PDF report within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of the required information.

The mini-audit is a review and a set of recommendations. It is not a guarantee of increased traffic, leads, search rankings, conversions, or revenue.

Requesting a mini-audit

Submitting the request form does not obligate you to purchase anything. I review each request and reply by email, typically within one business day, to confirm whether the mini-audit is a good fit before any payment is requested.

Payment

The mini-audit is $150 USD. You do not pay when you submit the request form. After I confirm the mini-audit is a good fit for your business, I will send you a secure payment link, and payment is due before work begins.

Refunds and cancellations

No guarantee

Recommendations are based on professional judgment and experience. I don't guarantee specific business outcomes, including leads, revenue, search rankings, or conversions, and implementation of any recommendation is your decision and responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim related to the mini-audit is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute relating to the mini-audit are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
